QUI NOUS SOMMES ?
La Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec (FCNQ/Ilagiisaq) appartient à un groupement de 14
coopératives membres des communautés inuites situées au Nunavik. La FCNQ a été fondée en 1967 afin de fournir
au mouvement coopératif en rapide croissance les pouvoirs et services nécessaires pour atteindre son but
« Atautsikut » Ensemble — travailler pour l’essor collectif sans que personne ne soit oublié.
WHO WE ARE?
La Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec is owned by its fourteen member co-ops in the Inuit
communities of Nunavik. FCNQ was established in 1967 to provide the rapidly growing cooperative movement with
more effective powers and services to help attain their vision “Atautsikut” Together—working to develop as a
people, leaving none behind.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Sous l’autorité de la Directrice adjointe - Magasins., l’assistant de magasin est l’expert des produits en stock et s’assure que la présentation des produits et l’information s’y rattachant contribuent à créer une expérience de magasinage

exceptionnelle pour les clients en réalise le montage et le démontage des étalages en fonction des arrivages de marchandise, du volume des stocks, en respectant les normes établies par la FCNQ.

Voyager pour le bateau (sealift) ;
- Participer au montage et à l’aménagement de magasins ;
-
Assurer le maintien des lignes directrices relatives aux normes concernant l’image et les tendances des
-
magasins ;
-
S’assurer que les étalages de produits sont pensés pour les consommateurs, disposée de façon attirante et
-
qu’ils sont « magasinables » ;
-
Être l’expert de certaines zones assignées de stocks, du placement de produits, des dates d’expiration, des
-
promotions, etc. ;
-
Veille à la propreté et à la facilité de magasinage, afin que les produits soient accessibles et que les clients
-
puissent se déplacer facilement dans les allées en collaboration avec le personnel en magasin ;
-
Organiser les produits des entrepôts et des magasins en suivant les processus liés normes et procédure établis
-
en matière de gestion des stocks en collaboration avec le personnel en magasin ;
-
Respecter les politiques et procédures de prévention des pertes et s’assurer de leur exécution dans le magasin
- en collaboration avec le personnel en magasin ;
-
S’assurer de garder son aire de travail et que les présentoirs soient en état et propres en tout temps ;
-
Manipuler et utiliser l’équipement et le matériel requis afin d’accomplir les tâches de travail de façon
-
sécuritaire ;
-
Sur demande, effectuer le comptage de cycle et l’inventaire physique annuel du magasin avec l’équipe
-
comptable ;
-
Toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par les coordonnateurs de magasin.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director – Stores Assistant is the expert on in-stock products. He/She ensures that the presentation of products and related information contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by carrying out the assembly and the dismantling of the displays according to the arrivals
of goods, the volume of stocks, while respecting the standards established by the FCNQ.

Traveling for the boat (sealift);

Participate in the assembly and the layout of stores;
-
Ensure the maintenance of the guidelines relating to the standards of the image and the trends of the stores;
-
Ensure that product displays are designed for consumers, arranged in an attractive way and that they are
-
"shoppable";
-
Possess general experience in inventory management and product handling, while serving as the subject matter expert for assigned areas such as product placement, expiration date monitoring, promotions, and related processes.

Ensure cleanliness and ease of shopping, so that products are accessible and customers can move easily
-
through the aisles in collaboration with store staff;
-
Organize warehouse and store products by following the processes related to standards and procedures
-
established for inventory management in collaboration with store staff;
-
Support Store Managers and Store Coordinators in maintaining quality and standards associated with
-
perishable items, in accordance with store standards;
-
Ensure that the display creates the best desirable visual impact with shelf cards, then assist in their execution,
-
including corporate markdowns and labels in collaboration with in-store staff;
-
Respect loss prevention policies and procedures, and ensure their execution in the store in collaboration with the store staff;
-
Make sure to keep his/her work area and the displays are in good condition and clean at all times;
-
Handle and use the equipment and materials required to perform work tasks safely;
-
Upon request, perform the cycle count and the annual physical inventory of the store with the accounting team;
-
Any other related tasks requested by Store Coordinators.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou expérience équivalente, un diplôme d’études collégiales (un atout) ;

Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais; la connaissance de l’Inuktitut est un atout.

Bonne forme physique :
-
Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 30 à 50 lb ;
-
Capacité à monter dans une échelle ;
-
Capacité rester debout pendant plusieurs heures ;
-
Facilité avec les ordinateurs ;
-
Esprit d’équipe et excellente aptitude relationnelle ;
-
Souci du détail et extrêmement organisé ;
-
Flexibilité pour s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
High school diploma or equivalent experience, a college diploma (an asset);
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in French and English; knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset.;

Good physical shape:
o Ability to lift up to 30 to 50 lbs;
o Ability to climb a ladder;
o Ability to stand for several hours;

At ease with computers;
-
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills ;
-
Attention to details and extremely organized;
-
Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
