ABOUT US:
Clover Administration Inc. is a boutique multi-family office specializing in comprehensive accounting, financial management, and planning for a select number of ultra-high-net-worth and affluent Canadian families.
Our team is currently looking for a bookkeeper to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our office located in downtown Toronto.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions, drafting journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare working papers and financial statements used for tax purposes.
- Prepare personal, trust, GST/HST, and corporate tax returns.
- Prepare quarterly family reports – including net worth statements, cash flow projections, investment portfolio detail, and performance reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Correspond with CRA and government agencies as required.
- Liaise with auditors, investment firms, and lawyers for specific client needs.
- Perform routine banking tasks, including making deposits, preparing cheques, paying bills, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update investment summaries and schedules
- Preparation of financial statements, net worth & cash flow reports
- Preparation of working papers, schedules, and other documentation for audits
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree or diploma
- 1-2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Client-focused with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Preference for work experience in a highly collaborative small to mid-size organization
- Highly adaptable and flexible
- Previous public accounting experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Quick learner, technologically proficient, and a self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience with software such QuickBooks, Taxprep is an asset
