Qualifications
-
Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
-
Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
-
3–5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic

As a Lifemark Clinic Director, you’ll be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to improve mobility, overcome challenges, and achieve their health goals.
In this role, you will:

Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care

Provide mentorship and support the development of future clinicians

Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing professional development

Oversee clinic financial and operational performance

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and day-to-day clinic operations

Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and empowerment
