DW Builders is premier commercial general contractor operating out of Kamloops, BC and throughout the Thompson-Nicola region since 1980. We have the experience, the staff, and the trade team to execute any commercial or light industrial project. We are currently working on multiple data centers and municipal infrastructure projects.
We are looking to expand our team and are recruiting for an experienced Site Superintendent with project management capability.
Position: Site Superintendent (Full-Time) $40-60/hr depending on qualifications.
Job Description:
DW Builders is currently seeking an experienced hands-on Site Superintendent for large commercial and light industrial projects. You will have a minimum of five years experience in large commercial construction and an advanced knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Management/Supervision of multiple employees and trades on a large construction site
- Establishment of high-quality organization, planning and control standards
- Identify and manage potential risks that may impact project
- Collaborate effectively with management team, consultants, subtrades and stakeholders to execute comprehensive schedule and ensure timelines are met
