We are seeking a Part-Time dedicated, friendly, customer service based team member join our growing team at Cowtown Beef Shack. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Cowtown Team Member you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our standards of excellence and food safety, as well as providing exceptional customer services to all guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment and restaurant space.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure food quality is delivered in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
-Take orders through POS and prepare menu items
- Participate in the delivery of Catering services throughout the city
- Assist with Catering preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchen preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, daytime, closing shifts and holidays as required.
- Valid Drivers License Preferred but not required
