About the Role
CASA Security Inc. is hiring a professional Concierge Security Guard for a corporate head office posting in Mississauga. This is a front-of-house focused role where customer service is the priority — you are the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and executives entering the facility.
This is not a typical guard post. We're looking for someone who carries themselves professionally, communicates with confidence, and can enforce access control without disrupting the welcoming atmosphere of a corporate reception environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and screen all visitors, contractors, and vendors upon arrival
- Verify government-issued ID and confirm authorization with internal staff
- Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out log and issue/retrieve visitor badges
- Coordinate receipt and routing of packages and deliveries
- Answer and route incoming calls as needed
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity
- Enforce access control policies at all entry points
- Respond to security, safety, and medical incidents
- Initiate emergency procedures and complete detailed incident reports
- Maintain a professional, calm, and approachable presence at all times
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (PSISA) — mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of security experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Experience in a corporate, healthcare, or front-of-house environment is a strong asset
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
- Conflict de-escalation training is an asset
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
