Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for a direct hire opportunity in the 14th and Warden area, L3R 5R5. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is certified on Counterbalance and Reach forklifts and enjoys working in a busy distribution environment.
The Forklift Operator will support daily shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Load and unload pallets, skids, and product for shipping and receiving activities.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Wrap skids and ensure products are secured for transport or storage.
- Support general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area.
- Follow health and safety procedures while handling materials and equipment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
