We are a fast-paced, high-energy real estate office with over 130 Realtors and staff, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated person to join our team.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Conveyancer to manage real estate transactions from the listing, accepted offer through completion and possession. The successful candidate will ensure files are accurate, complete, compliant, and processed within required timelines.
Responsibilities
- Review and process Contracts of Purchase and Sale and related documents
- Open, maintain, and close transaction files
- Coordinate with agents, clients, lawyers, notaries, lenders, and other brokerages
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Ensure compliance with brokerage policies, BCFSA, and FINTRAC requirements
- Maintain accurate records and transaction data
- Assist with deposits, excess funds, commission processing and transaction reporting
- Process listing documents
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate conveyancing or transaction coordination
- Knowledge of BC real estate contracts and processes an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate transaction management systems
- Experience with Deal Manager, Illuminai, Paragon, Touchbase, BC Registries and BC Online an asset
