Requirement:
Have reliable transportation and able to work in van/north van at least 3-4 days per week
Qualifications:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Demonstrated excellence in both written and spoken English
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- be physically able to sweep and clean, including bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, tools will be provided.
- Maintain cleanliness of residential apartment common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Ensure garbage and recycling bins are emptied and hosed down regularly.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or needed repairs.
- Follow instructions and training procedures.
