Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, support, and optimization of distribution center equipment and devices
- Maintain and improve system reliability
- Oversee monitoring and troubleshooting activities for hardware and software systems
- Resolve issues across devices, networks, and applications
- Lead deployments and upgrades
- Manage device ecosystem, including deployments and configurations
- Implement configuration standards
- Advise on upgrades and evaluate vendor performance
- Endpoint support
- Manage software and infrastructure-related projects
- Translate technological insights into actionable insights
Pay: $72,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
