POSITION SUMMARY
The Supplier Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance and supporting internal quality processes.
This role acts as the primary interface between Fuji SEMEC and its suppliers on all quality-related matters, while also supporting internal inspection planning, tool control, and quality system reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Quality Management· Ensure supplier compliance with Fuji SEMEC quality standards · Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality performance · Establish and maintain supplier quality agreements and acceptance criteria · Conduct supplier audits and assessments · Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and periodic evaluations Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions· Manage supplier-related non-conformities (NCRs) · Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions · Ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions · Follow up to prevent recurrence of quality issues
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact with suppliers for quality issues
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Production
- Ensure alignment between supplier quality and internal requirements
Internal Quality Support
- Develop and maintain inspection plans (incoming, in-process, final)
- Establish inspection checklists and quality controls
- Support internal quality standards and compliance
Tools & Calibration Management
- Manage tools, jigs, and fixtures related to quality control
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and tracking
- Monitor tools and equipment condition and availability
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring supplier or internal quality issues
- Propose and implement improvement actions
- Support development of quality processes and standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- Have 3–7 years of experience in quality or supplier quality
- Have experience with ISO 9001 or quality management systems
- Have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Have experience with supplier audits and evaluations
- Demonstrate strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills
- Have strong communication and coordination abilities
- Are organized and disciplined in documentation and follow-up
- Can travel freely to other countries, notably, the United States
- Are bilingual (French/English)

Pay: $53,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
