Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Technical Project & QA Coordinator to join our team. This role combines project coordination, client communication, quality assurance, and technical support responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technically minded, and comfortable communicating with both clients and developers. You will help keep projects moving forward, ensure quality standards are met, and assist with day-to-day technical and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day project updates
- Perform QA checks on completed work before client delivery
- Document bugs, issues, and developer feedback clearly and accurately
- Handle incoming support/service calls and direct requests to the appropriate team member
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and outstanding action items
- Maintain communication between clients, developers, consultants, and management
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support tasks
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final delivery reviews
- Help identify project risks, delays, or scope changes early
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, or technical workflows
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with QA testing or bug reporting
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management
- Understanding of hosting environments, DNS, SSL, or server administration
- Exposure to PHP, Python, JavaScript, or scripting logic
- Experience with technical documentation or process flowcharts
- Previous experience in IT support, project coordination, or software environments
- Knowledge of Russian an asset to facilitate communication with the offshore development team
