WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful execution across all stages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial and multi-residential mechanical construction projects
- Coordinating project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Leading project meetings and maintaining stakeholder communication
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
- Working closely with Site Foremen and field teams to drive project success
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Conducting regular site visits and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained
- Identifying risks, resolving challenges, and keeping projects moving forward
- Supporting continuous operational and process improvements
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Mechanical contracting experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems
- Experience managing commercial and/or multi-residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver’s license
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Red Seal Plumbing, HVAC, or Gas certification
- PMP designation
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Estimating or design-build experience
- Experience in fast-growth construction environments
