Parts Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing parts/shipping teams
- Working with the Inventory Manager for inventory accuracy and workflow processes
- Pro-Actively drive sales growth for the parts department
- Assist with servicing customers via multiple platforms, e.g. email, telephone, counter sales
- Exceptional Customer Service and strong communication skills
- Assist with phone calls and emails for parts orders
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in Parts Department Operations
- Experience in a management position
- Automotive and Agricultural parts experience an asset
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
- Proactive customer communication
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Is proficient with computers and supporting programs, e.g. Excel, Word, etc
- Has knowledge of parts, catalogs, distributors and dealers
- Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 drivers license
- Journeyman parts certificate preferred but will consider experience depending on the candidate
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced challenging environment
