We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Compliance Analyst to join our Group Compliance team. In this role, you will support compliance activities across Regulatory Reporting & Governance, Financial Crime & Sanctions Governance, and Conduct, Complaints & Compliance Assurance.

Responsibilities
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of compliance activities across Regulatory Reporting & Governance, Financial Crime & Sanctions Governance, and Conduct, Complaints & Compliance Assurance. This includes performing monitoring and testing activities across key customer lifecycle processes, documenting findings, identifying control gaps, and ensuring all work is supported by clear, audit-ready evidence. The role also involves maintaining accurate compliance records, trackers, and documentation, assisting with regulatory reporting and governance materials, and supporting senior stakeholders with reporting to management and Board committees. In addition, the Compliance Analyst tracks and supports remediation activities arising from audits, testing, and regulatory reviews, liaises with business stakeholders to validate actions, and escalates issues where appropriate. The role further supports financial crime and regulatory obligations, including AML, sanctions, and regulatory correspondence, while also contributing to complaints analysis, conduct reviews, training compliance tracking, and ongoing improvements to compliance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, Risk, Compliance, or a related field and bring 2–5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or financial services operations. They should have a strong understanding of compliance monitoring, internal controls, and second-line assurance practices, as well as basic knowledge of AML, ATF, and sanctions regulations. Experience working with compliance systems, trackers, or data management tools is considered an asset. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured environment. Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). An interest in pursuing professional certifications such as ICA or ACAMS would be an advantage.
