Who We’re Looking For
We’re wanting to hire a motivated and dedicated Level 1 or Level 2 Apprentice Carpenter who wants to build a long-term career in the trade.
This is not a “just show up” role—we’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in their work
- Pays attention to detail
- Wants to learn why things are done, not just how.
- Shows up reliably and with a strong work ethic.
- Is interested in high-quality, technical builds.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with framing, forming, and general carpentry tasks
- Working alongside experienced carpenters and site leads
- Learning high-performance building practices and systems
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Supporting various stages of custom home construction

Skills & Requirements
- Registered Level 1 or Level 2 Apprentice (or working toward it)
- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles and construction practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool kit: tool belt, tape, speed square, nail pick, nail set, quick pic, battery impact driver and drill
- Ability to work outdoors
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and periods of manual labor.
- Strong attitude and willingness to learn
- Minimum 1 year onsite experience in residential construction required
- Ability to participate in remote work requiring being away from home
- Date we are looking for someone to start with us- June 1st
Bonuses (Nice to Have):
- Interest in building science / high-performance homes
- Experience with concrete forming or framing
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately (Apprenticeship-level dependent)
- Experience or familiarity with rebar installation, concrete forming, restoration work, and renovation processes is a plus.
