Kitchen Helper (Temporary Event Position)
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay: $18/hour
Dates: July 11 & 12
Shift: Approximately 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (may extend slightly for cleanup)
We're hiring Kitchen Helpers to support our culinary team during a busy food festival in Toronto. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a team-oriented kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation
- Support cooks during service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Help with cleaning, packing, and closing duties after the event
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred
- Experience with Mexican cuisine is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for both event dates
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
