We are a specialized tooling group dedicated to building world-class plastic injection and die cast molds. Our machining team plays a vital role in shaping the precision components that go into every mold we deliver. This is more than a machining job — it’s an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and quality-driven environment where your skills directly impact the success of every tool we build.
We’re looking for a CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. If you have experience operating CNC machines and are looking to be part of a forward-thinking team that builds tooling we would love to hear from you.
You’ll be setting up and operating a variety of CNC machines to machine critical components used in mold and die builds, working with tight tolerances and a team committed to quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Load and edit CNC programs for machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC equipment including multi-axis machining centers, boring mills, EDM, and gun drills.
- Plan machining operations, select tooling, and ensure proper fixturing.
- Align and secure workpieces, perform machining, and inspect for accuracy.
- Measure and lay out components using precision instruments.
- Perform minor tool maintenance and contribute to a clean and safe workspace.
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in a mold making or tool and die environment.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering and mold drawings.
- Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Power MILL or Lemoine) is an asset.
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Be part of a dedicated team focused on building high-precision molds.
- Work in a clean, safe, and well-equipped machining environment.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals who share knowledge and support your growth.
- A workplace culture centered on quality, safety, and innovation.
