Link Product Solutions Limited is one of Canada's fastest growing and leading distributor/supplier of Seasonal, Stationery and General Merchandise products to independent and major retailers in North America, the Caribbean, Central, and South America. Located in Vaughan, Ont. we operate in a 150,000 sq. ft Office, Distribution and Showroom facility with offsite satellite warehouses to service our retailers' efficiently.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth specifically in Canadian and U.S. Markets. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, results oriented and passionate sales professional with a history of cold calling, reaching out to potential/existing customers, building relationships and closing deals. - ideally in a call center environment. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Major Responsibilities:
· Inside Sales Representative for the Canadian and U.S. Markets — conducting online research to generate new leads, using multiple sources including trade show lists, web-based databases, industry directories, and outbound prospecting.
Cold Calling - 50+ calls daily, executing sales strategies to qualify leads for potential business opportunities through daily cold calling, telephone sales and exceeding outbound call target
· Executing sales strategies to qualify leads, identify new opportunities, and consistently exceed daily/weekly cold-calling and outreach targets.
· Strong outbound business development and consistent prospecting via phone outreach to identify new opportunities across the Canadian and U.S. markets
· Creating and delivering presentations to existing and potential customers
· Educating customers on Link Product brands and the value offered to the market
· Working closely with the inside sales team to build a customer portfolio and develop new business in the specific regions
· Extracting new leads and marketing data, create reports, data analysis from online and other sources
· Preparation of marketing material and keeping updated on existing/new product lines
· Preparation of quotes for potential and existing customers
· Maintaining accounts for all assigned regions
· Attending Trade Shows – Domestic and International trade shows
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years recent Inside Sales/Business Development and Cold Calling experience including lead generation. Call center environment.
- Willing to travel – Once per year to Trade show - duration1 week
- Valid Passport, driver’s license with a car
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel, Microsoft outlook, Word
- Advanced sales, interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner with a focus on a high level of customer service
- Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and workflow
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new products and markets
- Flexible to work some evenings & weekend at trade show
