PART-TIME EVENT & SALES COORDINATOR
Oasis Convention Centre is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to assist with event inquiries, office administration, and client coordination.
Hours:
Monday to Friday
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and phone inquiries
- Send event packages and information to prospective clients
- Schedule client appointments and venue tours
- Follow up with leads and inquiries
- Update client records in Caterease
- Prepare event files and proposals
- Collect timelines, guest counts, and dietary restrictions
- Assist with contracts, deposits, and event documentation
- General office administration and customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and computer systems
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
