Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Productivity Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Operations and Dispatch team sot analyze productivity and route data and support efforts to improve operational efficiency. A core focus of this role is analyzing route and stop-level data against our estimated service times to assess driver productivity, spot patterns across our lines of business, and recommend where our time standards should be adjusted.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support the creation of data analysis reports and dashboards.
- Review daily productivity data and employee timesheets to track performance and surface trends.
- Work through route data to determine how long each driver spends at every stop.
- Look at the data at a big-picture level to identify patterns and relationships across stops, routes, and lines of business.
- Recommend changes to estimated times based on the averages identified in the data.
- Attend daily meetings with the Operations and Dispatch team to review and discuss the productivity and route data.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and report for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis, operations, reporting, or similar role, or equivalent.
- Experience working with route, dispatch, telematics, or GPS data (e.g., Samsara or Navusoft) is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong Excel skills, including comfort working with large datasets (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas).
- A passion for learning and growing in the field of data analysis.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Data analysis skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel: 1 year (preferred)
