About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Shipper/Receiver to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you are at the center of our supply chain—making sure every shipment is accurate, on time, and handled with care.
You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple departments by ensuring inventory moves seamlessly through the business. If you take pride in staying organized, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things moving, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules to ensure all outbound orders leave on time
- Work closely with carriers and couriers to manage efficient, cost-effective deliveries
- Track shipments and maintain visibility of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming materials to the right departments
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete
- Safely load and unload shipments while protecting product integrity
- Identify and resolve shipping issues such as delays, shortages, or missing paperwork
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Maintain shipping supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Operate a company vehicle for local deliveries when required
- Keep accurate records and organized documentation for all logistics activity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Previous shipping/receiving or logistics experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator, or DHL
- Experience handling shipping documentation (bills of lading, waybills, customs forms)
- Forklift experience (certification required or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Gmail, logistics systems)
- Solid attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A proactive, reliable, and problem-solving attitude

Working Conditions
- Start time: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM (based on operational needs)

- Active warehouse and dock environment

- Occasional overtime based on operational needs
- Local deliveries as required
