Rock Solid Countertops is looking to hire a qualified cnc saw and cnc router programmer. Experience in programming for stone fabrication is a must.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD for translating templates into shop drawings and Alphacam or EasySTONE for generating 5-axis CNC code.
- Machine Operation: Hands-on experience with CNC bridge saws for primary slab cutting and CNC routers for sink cutouts and edge profiling.
- Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of stone properties to select correct diamond-tipped tooling, feed rates, and cooling requirements to prevent cracking or tool wear.
- Technical Drawing: Ability to read complex blueprints and perform basic math for precise dimensioning and tolerance calculations.
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
