About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who brings both skill and heart to their practice. You’re someone who values personalized care, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is motivated by helping people improve their quality of life.
Whether you’re early in your career or bringing years of experience, this is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with steady client flow, built-in mentorship, and a strong reputation in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized, one-on-one massage therapy treatments
- Assess, treat, and support guests with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with our team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturist, and registered dietitian
- Educate guests with movement, mobility, and rehab guidance beyond the treatment room
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based techniques
- Engage in ongoing mentorship, team collaboration, and shared learning
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and community-driven culture
Who You Are
- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with your respective college
- Maintains current liability insurance and professional credentials
- A strong communicator with a passion for people and personalized care
- A team player who values collaboration, growth, and continued learning
- Professional, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic clinic setting
