Landscape Foreman — Oakville & Burlington
We're one of the fastest-growing landscaping companies in Oakville and Burlington — and we're hiring a Landscape Foreman who wants more than a seasonal job. This is a year-round leadership role with real earning potential, real growth, and a company that's moving fast.
If you're a seasoned horticulturalist or experienced landscape lead who takes pride in your work, holds a high standard, and wants to build a long-term career in this industry — we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew across residential and commercial sites — delegate, set the pace, own the outcome
- Oversee garden maintenance, sodding, plant installations, and seasonal cleanups
- Transition your crew seamlessly into snow removal operations in the winter — plowing, salting, and site management for contracted properties
- Be the face of the company on-site — handle clients professionally and confidently
- Conduct quality checks before leaving every property; nothing leaves until it's right
- Drive and manage company vehicles and trailers; maintain all equipment
- Report crew performance, job progress, and client feedback to management
Who We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience leading a landscaping crew
- Strong horticulture knowledge and a genuine passion for the craft
- Experience with or willingness to lead snow removal operations (a strong asset)
- Valid G licence with a clean driving record — required
- Calm, professional communicator — you can handle a tough homeowner conversation without flinching
- Mechanically capable with landscaping equipment and power tools
- Someone who sets the bar higher, not someone who meets the minimum
What We Offer
- Competitive wages + performance bonuses tied to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Year-round employment — landscape season flows directly into snow removal
- Promote-from-within culture — the people helping us grow are the ones who move up
- A young, ambitious company where strong performers get noticed fast
We're growing quickly and building the leadership team that takes us further. If you're ready to lead, earn well, and grow your career with a company that's genuinely raising the bar — apply now.
