About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at Beyond The Surface Painting! In this role, you’ll visit customers’ homes, provide estimates for painting projects, and work to secure and sell the jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client homes for on-site consultations
- Assess project needs and prepare accurate estimates
- Clearly explain services, timelines, and pricing to customers
- Close sales and secure signed agreements
- Build positive customer relationships and represent our company professionally
- Coordinate with our admin and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience (painting industry is a bonus, but not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Detail-oriented and confident in explaining quotes and services
