Le ou la Directeur(trice), Gestion de produits et exécution stratégique dirige des équipes responsables des produits et des solutions, chargées de l’exécution, du soutien et du déploiement à grande échelle de solutions de gestion des médicaments auprès de l’ensemble des segments clients.
Ce rôle combine leadership d’équipe, supervision de l’exécution et contribution stratégique dans un modèle opérationnel basé sur les projets. Selon la portée des initiatives et leur expertise, les membres de l’équipe peuvent gérer directement des feuilles de route et des carnets de produits, ou contribuer à des projets transversaux dirigés par des responsables principaux des solutions clients et/ou de la gestion de produits.
En plus de ses responsabilités d’exécution, le ou la titulaire agit comme conseiller(ère) stratégique auprès de la haute direction, en apportant une lecture claire des réalités de livraison, de la capacité, des risques et des arbitrages afin d’éclairer les décisions à l’échelle du portefeuille et de l’organisation.

Job Summary
The Director, Product Delivery & Strategic Enablement leads teams of product professionals responsible for executing, supporting, and scaling medication management solutions across all customer segments.
This role combines people leadership, delivery oversight, and strategic enablement within a project‑based operating model. Team members may, depending on initiative scope and expertise, directly manage product roadmaps and backlogs or contribute to cross‑functional projects led by Lead Customer Solutions and/or Lead Product Solutions.
In addition to delivery accountability, the Director acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing structured insight on execution realities, capacity, risks, and trade‑offs to inform portfolio‑level and organizational decisions.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of product and solution contributors aligned to delivery and project needs.
Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans.

Product Execution & Delivery Leadership
Oversee product execution across multiple concurrent initiatives and customer segments.
Ensure disciplined product management practices (backlog management, delivery readiness, requirements clarity).
Assign and support team members in owning product roadmaps or backlogs when required.
Ensure alignment between product intent, delivery scope, and operational readiness.
Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, including pilot phases, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch activities.
Ensure appropriate tracking of product performance (adoption, customer feedback, operational KPIs) through the team, and guide continuous improvement efforts.
Project‑Based Enablement & Resource Allocation
Allocate product resources to projects based on expertise, complexity, and delivery risk.
Enable effective contribution to initiatives led by Lead Customer Solutions or Lead Product Solutions.
Clarify roles, decision rights, and accountability at project initiation.
Act as an escalation point for delivery, capacity, or prioritization challenges.
Strategic Advisory to Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing insight on execution feasibility, capacity constraints, and delivery risk.
Translate on‑the‑ground product and delivery signals into clear, actionable guidance for leadership decision‑making.
Support portfolio discussions by surfacing trade‑offs, dependencies, and sequencing implications.
Contribute to shaping operating models, investment decisions, and prioritization frameworks through an execution‑informed lens.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
Ensure product teams operate with shared context, priorities, and constraints.
Strengthen alignment across strategy, execution, and customer outcomes.
Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Define and reinforce standards for delivery quality, documentation, and readiness.
Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risk.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and ways of working.

Section C – Key Requirements
University degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
8–12 years of experience in product management, solution delivery, or healthcare technology.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in matrixed or project‑based environments.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, roadmap execution, and delivery dependencies.
Proven ability to advise senior leaders using structured, execution‑grounded insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
Travel may be required.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
