A. CONCESSION STAFF
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each guest during events and concessions operations. Expected to prepare and serve food and non-alcoholic beverages, process transactions, maintain cleanliness of concession areas, and support smooth event execution. May also assist with setup and teardown of concession or event spaces as required
- Valid ProServe certificate holders may serve alcohol in the concession. Alcohol service is strictly limited to ProServe certified staff.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Possess some food and beverage training
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- Basic cash handling and math skills
- ProServe certification required for roles involving alcohol service
B. SERVER
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each guest for events. Expected to do food and beverage service in both events and concessions, setup function rooms, and other services needed to help guests and clients execute their events successfully
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Possess some food and beverage training
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for Event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- ProServe certification required for roles involving alcohol service (must be 18+ to serve alcohol)
C. BARTENDER
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for preparing and serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to guests responsibly in accordance with AGLC rules and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Knowledgeable with cocktails drinks
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for Event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable with AGLC rules
- Basic cash handling and math skills
