MTE Logistix Limited Partnership is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this exciting opportunity is responsible to perform administrative and specific order functions, ensuring daily success with transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Through effectively and efficiently managing priorities, the CSR is a key contributor to the achievement of the department’s operational deliverables.

Location: P14 Warehouse – 16810 140 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 1R6
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Wage: Starting at $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Maintain client and develop relationships in a positive manner relaying all client-specific information on volumes, trends, extended service opportunities, growing needs, and changes, to management attention.
- Manage client accounts for inventory accuracy, stock location, and lot or date-code control; investigate, resolve, and report any damages or shortages, obtaining resolution from management.
- Review all orders received back from the warehouse and confirm all orders as shipped, ensuring all accessorial charges are captured.
- Proactively communicate any service issues or delays to customers, offering solutions and suggestions.
- Communicate and coordinate with CSM and warehouse supervisors on rush orders and the arrival of products.
- Produce reports, summaries, and overviews of records to CSM.
What you need to Succeed
Must-Have
- Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service Representative experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel) and other databases and spreadsheet applications.
- High levels of accuracy with regards to typing, data entry and transfer, and order entry.
- Focused attention when working with file management to keep accurate, up-to-date, and organized files.
- Experience in inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention, and damage procedures.
Nice to Have
- Office Administration experience, 3PL experience
