The Vibe We are gearing up to launch our fourth location in the heart of Bridgeland, and we are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to help us set the standard! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a serious passion for delivering killer food, this is your chance to get in on the ground floor of our newest kitchen.

What You’ll Do
- Crush the Prep: Prepare fresh ingredients and assist in daily meal prep according to our exact recipes and high standards.
- Execute on the Line: Cook, assemble, and plate dishes efficiently while keeping quality and presentation top-tier.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized workstation, properly sanitize surfaces, and follow strict food safety guidelines at all times.
- Manage the Flow: Rotate stock, help track inventory, and communicate clearly with the rest of the BOH team to ensure smooth, timely service.
What You Bring to the Table
- Previous experience in food prep, cooking, or a high-volume restaurant environment.
- A solid grasp of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- The ability to keep a cool head and work efficiently when the kitchen gets busy.
- Great communication skills and a team-first mentality.
- Physical stamina—ready to hustle on your feet for extended shifts and lift moderate weights as needed.
