We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented Customer Operations Representative to help us build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will make an impact every day, helping people discover the benefits of cleaning for health and the environment.
Note, this is not a remote work role.
Responsibilities
Order Desk Management – Receive, confirm, and process all customer orders. Liaise with internal teams and communicate with end-users, retailers, and distributors as required. Manage customer information in internal systems to maintain up-to-date records.
Customer Service Support – Receive and respond in a timely manner to all inbound (phone, email, chat, social media etc.) customer questions, feedback, and complaints, while working cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
Program Support – Assist in ongoing development and improvement of customer service tools and programs to drive exceptional customer experiences.
Event Support – Assist as an ambassador at trade and consumer-facing events to promote and/or sell Prism Care’s products. Assist with setup/take-down, when required. This may include travel within Canada & United States.
Inside Sales - Qualify and follow-up on self-generated and assigned sales leads, offer recommended solutions and provide information to complete the sales cycle. Report on activities as required. Provide sales administration support.
Marketing Coordination - Assist with completing item listing forms, digital asset management in company & 3rd party platforms.
Reception duties (i.e., greeting visitors at front desk, etc.) as required.
Other office duties in the spirit of the role, as required.
Education & Experience
· University degree or college diploma in related fields preferred.
· 2+ years in a customer service or sales support role is required.
· 2+ years inside sales or equivalent experience with selling CPG/physical products preferred.

· You are comfortable using technology to complete day-to-day activities and have proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
· You work well in an office environment and are comfortable adapting to new situations and changing needs.
· You are detail oriented, highly organized and able to breakdown situations to gather details and come up with solutions.
Great-to-haves
· English/French bilingualism.
· Experience in the grocery, natural products or CPG industry.
· Experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle Netsuite), EDI (e.g., SPS Commerce), CRM, and Help Desk (e.g., Zendesk) systems.
· Passion for natural products, environmental stewardship, and/or health and wellness.
