At Bay Point Contracting, we are an established and growing renovation company specializing in high-quality residential renovations and additions. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Business Development Coordinator to help support the continued growth of our company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization — someone who can help coordinate marketing efforts, client communication, lead follow-up, social media, events, systems, and business development activities in a consistent and professional way.
This is not simply a “social media” position. This role helps support the growth systems, communication systems, and client experience that contribute to the long-term success of the company.
This position is currently planned as a part-time role with opportunity for future growth as the company expands.

Experience with social media, CRM systems, marketing coordination, content coordination, administration, or customer communication is an asset
Experience within construction, renovation, design, or real estate industries is also an asset
Experience with basic photo/video editing, social media content creation, or drone operation is considered an asset
Experience with Canva, social media platforms, CRM software, and content coordination considered an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead & CRM Coordination
- Ensure leads are entered and organized within the CRM system
- Assist with lead follow-up systems and communication tracking
- Help maintain organized lead pipelines and contact records
- Coordinate follow-up reminders and nurture activities
Marketing & Content Coordination
- Coordinate social media scheduling and posting
- Assist with on-site content capture including video, drone footage coordination, and behind-the-scenes project documentation
- Assist with content planning and organization
- Coordinate photography, video, and project documentation
- Organize before-and-after project content
- Coordinate newsletters, blogs, and website updates
- Assist with Google Business updates and online reviews
Client & Referral Experience
- Help maintain referral and past-client communication systems
- Coordinate client appreciation and review requests
- Assist with client touchpoints and follow-up communication
- Support efforts that strengthen the company’s reputation and relationships
Home Shows & Events
- Assist with organization of home shows and events
- Coordinate materials, signage, setup logistics, and follow-up
- Help maintain event systems and organization
Systems & Administrative Support
- Assist with process documentation and SOP organization
- Help improve consistency and organization across business development activities
- Support various administrative and coordination tasks related to growth and communication
