Job SummaryEco Carbon Foam Inc. is seeking a Product Manager – Manufacturing Operations to oversee production planning, scheduling, and supply chain coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning production capacity with market demand, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changing priorities
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment with production plans
- Facilitate communication across departments to support smooth operations
Resource & Capacity Planning
- Analyze production data to determine material, equipment, and labor requirements
- Ensure resources are available to meet production targets
Business Growth & Scaling SupportSupport business expansion initiatives by aligning production planning with growth objectivesParticipate in scaling operations, including capacity planning, process standardization, and workflow optimization Contribute to strategic planning related to production efficiency, cost control, and operational scalabilityReporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare reports on production performance, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
- Provide updates to management on risks, delays, and operational metrics
ERP / MRP Systems Management
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage production data and scheduling
- Support system improvements and data accuracy
Supply Chain & Business Process Support
- Assist in evaluating and improving business and inventory processes
- Support sourcing of equipment and materials, including coordination with international suppliers
Participate in procurement planning and vendor communicationRequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- MBA is a must
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in supply chain coordination and procurement
- Experience working with international suppliers is considered an asset
- Experience working in a growing or early-stage business environment is considered an asset
- Experience supporting business expansion or scaling operations is considered an asset
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in production scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and planning processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Office-based role with regular interaction on the production floor
Must follow safety protocols when entering manufacturing areas
Pay: $29.00-$45.00 per hour
