UniverCell Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Operations Intern to support our fast-growing buyback, repair, and sales operations. This internship offers hands-on experience testing devices, managing marketplace listings, preparing orders for shipment, and working directly with the e-commerce team.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in smartphones, technology, and e-commerce, and is eager to learn real operational skills used in device trading and online marketplace management.
Duties
Device Grading & Diagnostics
- Perform cosmeticgrading for incoming electronic devices.
- Conduct full functional testing using the diagnostic tool (training provided).
- Verify device specifications (model, storage, battery health, IMEI, carrier).
- Record all grading data accurately in POS.
- Flag defective units and prepare them for repair processing.
E-Commerce Marketplace Support
- Assist with creating and updating product listings on various marketplaces.
- Upload device photos, specs, and grading information with accuracy.
- Help maintain real-time inventory updates across all channels.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Prepare orders for shipment including cleaning, packing, labeling, and IMEI verification.
- Manage and generate shipping labels.
- Ensure all shipments follow packaging standards for safe device delivery.
- Update tracking information on relevant marketplaces.
Operations & Inventory Support
- Assist with daily workflows related to sales.
- Support the team with inventory reconciliation and documentation.
