- Minimum 2 years experience working in a professional capacity with children 0 - 5

- Knowledgeable and passionate about OUTDOOR play.
- Committed to promoting equity, personally and organizationally.
- Informed on infectious disease prevention and control, with a readiness to adapt to new best practices.
- Experienced in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Proficient in spoken English.

Duties:
- Plan and lead engaging activities for children and caregivers, including Outdoor play, snack time, creative projects, circle time, reading and STEM activities.
- Build supportive relationships with parents, grandparents, and caregivers.
- Demonstrate best practices in child interaction and engagement.
- Connect families with relevant programs and services tailored to their needs and interests.
- Enhance visibility of the organization and programs through social media promotion.
- Get involved in fundraising efforts and promote participation.
- Provide mentorship for placement students.
- Physical lifting and cleaning tasks are included in the role.
- Year round involvement in outdoor play in all weather is required.
