Role Descriptions: Responsibilities:
- Understand and document current business processes and requirements. Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Develop comprehensive user test cases| execute them| and document the results. Participate in the design| development| and implementation of a given system.
- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure system meets business needs and expectations.
- Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.
- Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.
- Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge Performing other duties as assigned|
in addition to the ones listed above. Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA. Experience with Jira| Confluence| MS Office| and draw.io. Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes. Exceptional written and oral communication skills| and strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical| problem-solving| and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced| agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines. Retail background is an asset but not mandatory. Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions. Qualifications: Agile methodology certification is an asset. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.

Desirable Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
