Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and talented Line Cooks and Prep Cooks. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Line Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain food quality during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Prep Cook:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.
- Clean and chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and marinate meats.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Support line cooks during service as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred (for both positions).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
