We are looking for an energetic, caring, and detail-oriented team player to join our fast-paced clinics.
Duties will include setup and teardown of patient rooms, sterilization of equipment, patient appointment bookings, insurance claims, and, once trained, some lab work as well, such as pouring impressions, polishing, prepping teeth, denture repairs, etc.
Experience with computers is required, as our software is user-friendly but does require some basic computer knowledge to operate.
Excellent customer service skills are also required, so applicants must be friendly, outgoing, energetic, and driven.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new software (Dom-X)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office documents
- Maintain patient databases and files
- Answer phone calls and book appointments
- Communicate with patients
- Receive payments from patients
- Communicate with insurance companies
- Communicate with other dental offices
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment
- Support clinic duties, including cleanliness and sterilization
- Order supplies as needed
- Maintain and update patient records
- Assist the denturist when needed
Salary will be based on previous experience and knowledge.
