The Saskatchewan Public Service Commission (PSC) is the central human resource agency for the Government of Saskatchewan and is looking for a Human Resource Professional who considers the development of individuals and the organization among their highest priorities. As an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant, you will work closely with a team of OD specialists to develop and consult into practice frameworks, systems, strategies and processes in the area of organization development in contribution of organizational effectiveness and corporate direction.
Joining the OD team offers the following experiences:
Working collaboratively with PSC HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality organizational development consulting services to senior management in client ministries;
Supporting enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives/projects intended to improve organizational effectiveness;
Providing expertise, guidance and advice to senior management, as well as to PSC HR Business Partners, to build their capacity in order to determine the areas of organizational development required to improve organizational effectiveness; and
Working to continuously build the organizational development capacity of self, as well as clients and of colleagues across the PSC, particularly in the areas of organization design, employee engagement, organizational culture, organization diagnosis, executive team development, etc.
Typically the knowledge and skills for this role are obtained through a Bachelor’s degree specializing in human resource management with progressive work experience in the areas listed above.
