Immigration Lawyer – Appeals & Judicial Review Experience Required

Nanda & Associate Lawyers P.C. is a growing multi-practice law firm . We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Immigration Lawyer to join our expanding immigration law team.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage immigration files and provide strong client service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Handle immigration matters including:
Express Entry
Spousal Sponsorships
Work Permits
Study Permits
Refugee & Humanitarian Applications
LMIA Applications
PR Applications
Citizenship Applications
Immigration Appeals
Federal Court Judicial Reviews
Complex inadmissibility and enforcement matters
- Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies
- Draft applications, legal submissions, affidavits, and memorandum materials
- Attend hearings before tribunals and the Federal Court where required
- Manage files independently from intake to completion
- Communicate with clients, IRCC, CBSA, tribunals, and opposing counsel
Qualifications: Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience required
- Experience handling immigration appeals and Federal Court judicial reviews required
- Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage files
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
