We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas.
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety procedures
- Ensure all food service areas meet health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Follow all restaurant policies related to serving alcohol (if applicable) and food handling
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
