Position Overview
We’re hiring skilled Residential Painters who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. This role involves interior and exterior painting on residential homes, working both independently and with a team.
What You’ll Do
- Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, protecting)
- Paint interiors and exteriors using brush, roller, and spray techniques
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company systems and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential painting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of prep work and finishing techniques
- Ability to spray (doors, trim, etc.) is a strong asset
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
- Attention to detail — you care about the final result
