- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders regarding timelines, site progress, deficiencies, and project updates.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively while ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules.
- Support scheduling and coordination of inspections, deliveries, and trade sequencing.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including site reports, deficiencies, change requests, and progress tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building codes, and company expectations.
- Step in with a hands-on approach when required to support project completion and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Remain responsive and adaptable to evolving project needs, including occasional evening and weekend coordination.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience supervising residential construction and renovation projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong experience working within custom, high-end, or detail-focused residential construction environments.
