About the Role
KCGR is searching for Summer Students to support our civil construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in an outdoor environment, and takes pride in contributing to high‑quality jobsite operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various tasks on civil construction sites
- Support equipment operators and site supervisors as needed
- Perform site cleanup, material handling, and basic ground work
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
