Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Service Kitchen Staff member to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food and excellent service for our customers.
Duties
- Assist with food prep and basic cooking tasks
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Stock and rotate inventory
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift & carry up to 50+ LBS up and down stairs
- Flexible availability, including weekends
