Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical expertise, with experience in heavy duty mechanics. Duties
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics and analysis skills
- Diagnose electrical problems related to low voltage systems and industrial electrical components
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing machinery
- Provide technical support to production teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer service interactions
