Job Summary
Lindenholm Ministries Inc. is hiring Part-Time Building Services Assistants to support cleaning, pool testing, snow removal, and seasonal duties at our 55+ residential communities.
This role may be a good fit for individuals seeking structured, reliable part-time work with consistent evening and weekend shifts.
Schedule (shared between 3 Part-Time staff)
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday:
- Morning shift: 8:00 am – 12:00 noon
- Evening shift: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior common-area cleaning
- Complete pool and hot tub testing & maintenance (training provided)
- Perform snow removal from sidewalks and building entries (winter, as required)
- Perform seasonal exterior tasks, including grass cutting and basic grounds maintenance (as required)
- Complete required logs and checklists accurately and consistently
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically capable of cleaning, snow removal, and basic grounds work
- Willing to complete a 3-day pool operator certification (training provided)
- Comfortable working in a residential environment
- Criminal background and vulnerable sector check will be required
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour to start
- Increase to $22.00 per hour upon pool certification
- Pool certification costs covered by employer
- Consistent, scheduled shifts
