Northern Touch Property Care is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Field Operations Officer to join our team. In this position, you will coordinate daily field operations, conduct site inspections, oversee project quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily schedules for field crews and technicians.
- Conduct site inspections before, during, and after project completion.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and site access requirements.
- Respond to field issues and implement timely solutions.
- Verify completed work and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
Quality Control & Client Relations
- Perform quality assurance inspections on completed work.
- Document project progress with photographs and reports.
- Communicate with property managers, superintendents, and clients regarding project status.
- Attend site meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections.
- Respond to customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling.
Health & Safety
- Ensure field crews comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Verify proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Monitor compliance with Working at Heights, WSIB, and Ministry of Labour requirements.
- Assist with incident reporting and safety documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Previous experience coordinating field operations or supervising crews is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Working at Heights and First Aid/CPR certifications are considered an asset.
