Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional spa services while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests. This role requires a blend of technical skills in various spa treatments, strong customer service abilities, and a flair for sales to enhance guest satisfaction and promote additional services.
Duties
- Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, nail care, and waxing.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for treatments.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment options, aftercare advice, and any concerns they may have.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of products used in treatments and recommend reordering as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa or wellness environment.
- Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Proficient in sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Certification or licensure in esthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
