Overview
Do you like working outside, fixing machines and taking care of customers? Can you drive a trailer and operate a forklift? We are seeking team members that can help us move and deliver hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and chiller tubs. Work with RnR Hot Tubs and Spas and gain valuable career experience working in a high demand trade.
Duties
- Drive truck and trailer
- Forklift operation
- Move and load hot tubs and swim spas
- Work with trades people on jobs - crane, electrical, construction
- Inspect hot tubs and swim spas
- Educate clients on the operation and use of their spa
- Install accessories and chemical care
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and spas to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough maintenance tasks including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each unit.
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to travel to the USA for training
- Physical strength and health
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Previous experience as a service technician is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance practices including cleaning and chemical balancing.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.

Benefits:
- $100 per pay period cost of living bonus (based on attendance)
